We could not be more happy with the excellent job that Jay Rabadau, owner of Desert Rain Lawn and Sprinkler, LLC, did installing our sprinkler system and replacing our degraded main water line. He is unquestionably an expert in his profession and highly proficient in extensive areas of expertise including trenching, excavation and landscape design. He promised us 100% coverage and this is exactly what we got. His skill set is superior across the board. All of our permits and inspections passed with flying colors. We give him our highest recommendation.

Jay is absolute the professional to use in his field. We had what we thought a semi straight forward repair. This was a time sensitive repair for two businesses to be able to open.
Jay not only had returned my call and had a quote together before 80% of companies in the valley even returned my calls. Also tried to get out to the site same day in bad weather to get the repair done.
Once they had the issue opened up to work on it was found to be a much bigger problem (that was not to code and was extremely problematic for our main water line. Far beyond the estimated repair cost and scope that Jay was contracted for) Jay texted me photos and took time to explain the bigger issues. Kept in touch on every major steps in the project and his completion timeline was to the hour from the onset of the discovery so we could get the two businesses schedules set for reopening.
Jay not only had the know how and planed solution to get the whole mess to code and set for the future operations of the site for years to come but was very understanding on the situation and it was reflected in the extra costs for the full repair.
Once fixed Jay took care of everything even call the city to get a code inspection done before closing it up.
